I am a native of Charlotte and have spent the last nearly 28 years in construction and construction related activities.  I began my construction career back in 1982 as a Civil Engineering officer in the US Air Force and since then have gone on to own and operate a general contracting company (Mansel Contractors) that’s still operating today.  My experience allows me to use my skills wisely and gives me the special ability to find problems.  I recently started my inspection company to fill what appears to be a growing void—sufficient quantities of qualified, thorough home inspectors in a rebounding market.
